The moon lit a path to were a wise old cat now rest. Laying peacefully on her side the sounds of the wolves circling were she is.
Around her they stayed as she slowly slipped away. She can be saved by the wolf pack dose not mess with death. As a bullet has pireced threw her chest. Slowly her blood pours on to the ground. As she waits for the last minutes.
The Giver she truly is The Giver. Able to tell others so many great things. Able to teach so many things they never thought they knew.
But why now why dose she leave.
As Midnight rested silently on the ground. Her mother Midnight Star and her father White Fang walked over to her. Though they are wolves she dose not mind. White fang layed down by her. Midnight Star layed down by her head. Licking her lovingly..
And the pack sang ''Rough, Untamed
Rush the draw
Primal energy
Passionate, Raw
Painted face
Feathered lance
So begins
The Buffalo Dance
Race the Thunder
Over the hill
Take the world
By sheer will
Free and Wild
Without care
Fearless screams
Split the air
Call it Destiny
Call it Chance
Drums beat out
The Buffalo Dance
Rise and Fall
The Liar’s Moon
Death and Existence
Come too soon
Earth is made
Of Give and Take
Past and Future
Are at stake
Lightning strike
Evil askance
Spirits of Fire
Join the Buffalo Dance
Caution tossed
To the Wind
Now is the place
To begin
Turn the herd
Lead the pack
Valiant hearts
Blaze new tracks
Dreams are real
This is no trance
Life lived Full
Is the Buffalo Dance ''
Moments pasted as time heart sank. As Midnight layed there listening to the words of her family. As they sang about her they sang to her. Her pain her weakness her strengths her gifts. And then the songs went on ''I live in freedom, here at home
But freedom it wasn’t free
Your life and heart, your mind and blood,
Pay freedoms price for me.
I send my little boxes,
Packed with love and wrapped with prayer
Hoping that when they reach you
Smiles and laughter will light your life
While you read these odds and ends from one
Who’s safe and sound.
I read the lists,
I check them out
When I do not hear
that you’re alive and fighting still
My heroes over there.
I write your families of the pride I feel in you
My unsung heroes who live and die,
As you protect those who stand under the shield.
The American flag the waving stripes of red, white and blue.
I tell them just how much their love; it helps you to be strong
Their fears, their tears I pack away, and send them up to God.
Until our freedom is secured
I will write and I will pray.
That our nation will stand as one.
Offering honor as you pay
The price the freedom costs
Because freedom isn’t free. ''
